PUBLIC HEARING 

The Wolfforth City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, July 19, 2010 at 6:00 p.m., in the Wolfforth City Hall Meeting Room, 328 East Highway 62/82, Wolfforth, Texas.  The purpose of the hearing is to allow public participation and comment on the following:   

1.        Consider a request for a zone change at 409 3^rd Street, Wolfforth, Texas, from R1 to MH, to allow a manufactured home

2.        Consider a request for a zone change at 919 W. 5^th, Wolfforth, Texas, from R1 to C1 or C2, to allow for the construction of a private shop building

 All interested parties are invited to attend and comment.

 This facility is wheelchair accessible and accessible parking spaces are available.
