Zoning Regulations

The City of Wolfforth does have a Zoning Ordinance that controls development.   Please contact City Hall for zoning information pertaining to specific pieces of property.

The Zoning Ordinance also controls construction of carports, driveways, and storage buildings.  Carports and storage buildings/shops require permits prior to construction.  Please contact City Hall at 806-855-4120 for additional information.

Public Hearing

 

The Wolfforth Planning and Zoning Board will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 11, 2017, at 6:00 p.m. in the Wolfforth City Hall Meeting Room, 302 Main Street, Wolfforth, Texas.  The purpose of the hearing is to allow public participation and comment on the request for a Conditional Use in a C2 Commercial Zone for a residence on Crestridge, Tract E-1 (description attached).

 

1.      Open Public Hearing

2.      Hear Public Comments

3.      Close Public Hearing

4.      Consider establishing a Conditional Use designation for Crestridge, Tract E-1, to construct a residence on a Commercial 2 lot.

5.      Adjourn
