OFFICE OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT

The Office of Emergency Management is overseen by the Emergency Management Coordinator. Our mission is to prepare for and reduce the impact of disasters to our community. We work closely with our private, local, county and state partners.

Our office maintains relationships between these jurisdictions and ensures that we can work together effectively to carry out our mission. Our office is responsible for updating emergency operations plans, training, grant research, resource typing and inventory, maintaining databases, mass notification and outdoor warning systems.

Emergency Notification

Opt-In to receive alerts from the City of Wolfforth. Residents will have the ability to receive alerts concerning community events, threatening weather or hazards, and important announcements. Residents can customize which type of alerts they wish to receive and how they are notified. Participation is free and open to anyone wishing to receive alerts from the City of Wolfforth.
